Union files charges against district Shadyside Education Association filed an unfair labor practice charge against the Shadyside Local School District Board of Education on Tuesday, claiming the superintendent had engaged in "public bargaining" and direct dealings with employees, something the union said is a violation of state law.
"We would like the public posturing to end," said SEA President Linda Tome.
