Ohio Hills Health Services, a non-profit, Community Health Center is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to oversee state/federal regulatory compliance and organizational risk management. Job duties include: participation in the development and implementation of risk management policy and procedures, providing staff education, investigate incident reports, complaints, implementing and evaluating loss mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies and promoting a culture of safety.
Successful candidate must be/have:
*Registered Nurse with current Ohio License
*Min. 5 years' leadership experience in a healthcare/hospital setting
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with risk management activities
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with state and federal regulatory compliance
